Anjaana Anjaani is a Hindi film released in 2010. It is written by Mamta Anand and directed by Siddhart Anand. This is the movie of Anjaana (Ranbir Kapoor) and Anjaani (Priyanka Chopra).
Anjaana and Anjjani have their own tragic stories and after failing in life both decide to suicide. However after five times failed attempts it is concluded that God has trial for them. Anjaana has a debt of 1 million which he is unable to make up while Anjaani is suffering the betrayal of her lover. God is giving him one more chance to make their life worthy.
Ranbir is doing the character well tries his best to make it lively whereas Priyanka opposite to Ranbir does not show spark. In fact she loses that charm of her personality in front of Ranbir. The chemistry between the two characters is not ok and we do not feel impressive couple. Ranbir is somewhere seen as bragging his style and film gives artificial look.
As story seems the farfetched we can’t relate ourselves with one of the characters in movie. All seems robot to perform their responsibility. It is therefore movie fails to hit the Box office. Also when they starts indulging in one another, they completely oblivion the crisis they were in. The story is fiction romance as the story is quite artificial. We really feel disgust as to which world story belong. Ranbi though in the character of depressing youth is looking perfect as he is putting all his skills in this character yet we feel a certain sort of aloofness from the environment of movie.
Ranbir is taking help from his manly attraction to make the story effective when he removes shirt many times to resolve his act of suicide after embracing Pryanka. He is no doubt an attraction to see the movie till the last.
