apply a gel or moisturizer to make yor lips soft then apply thin layer of foundation powder on your lips to set red lipsticks and allow it to last longer.You can use lip liner or drect you have a choice draw the line around the lips inside, if you want to show your lips bigger then make the line outside of your lips.
Apply lipstick with brush, after applying remove access of lipstick around your lips.
