Aishwarya Rai in Taal

Hindi movie Taal released in the same year as Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam is also a Hindi movie written and directed by Subhash hai. Aishwarya Rai is playing the leading role as Mansi and has somehow become best among the emerging artists. Taal is a musical film once again and now Aishwarya is in full bloom and showing a good deal of perfection in the art of dancing. Manav Mehta inheres to a rich family and Jagmohan Mehta and Manav’s mother are proud of their richness. There arises misunderstanding between Mansi and Manav as both disgusted at their father disrespect. She deeply realizes the difference and clinches a deal with Vikrant for wealth and fame. Mansi and Manav stand poles apart in a cloud of misunderstanding and step away. Mansi figure out Vikrant passion of love for her and compelled to marry him. Traditional Hindi theme appears here as first sight love is only true love and Mansi cannot go for Vikrant.

Misunderstanding resolves as Manav finds his true love for Mansi and approaches her with sorry state of affair. Vikrant here proves a good friend of Mansi who not only helps her to get fame and richness but also shows respect for her passion of love. However, he wants both to patch up without his involvement like a true love must be.

All the songs are hit songs and stands on box office for a long time. Many of them like ‘Taal se taal mila’ and ‘Ramta Jogi’ create an ecstasy while listening. The beauty of nature and also the beauty of Miss World together work in concord and resultantly a successful film worth seeing are ready to be nominated in Film Fare Best Actress Award.
