Aishwarya Rai was born on November 1, 1973 in Mangalore. After finishing her college life, she decided to get professional education in architecture. She wanted to design houses and buildings. That was the time when her destiny took a new turn as she got a chance to participate in pepsi advertisement. This made her realize that she has a flair for acting. The Pepsi ad urged her nature to explore her talent in the field of modeling and she started work as a model.
Journey to Miss World.
In the field of modeling, she got the chance to groom her personality. She had started learning all the rules and regulations of the modeling. She was struggling hard to meet the criterion for becoming the best model. Till then she completely left the studies. Her full strength and efforts were reserved for becoming the best model. Passing all the stages in which judges were examining talents and skills of the models at last she won the pageant. There were eighty six contestants from all over the world to take part in the Miss World contest. It was a hard exam to pass as there were talented and beautiful girls were accumulated to judge among them. It was difficult to judge the individual skills and talents. Judges have to examine the talent according to the different categories. She was selected at the first stage as Miss India, than Miss Universe and finally Miss World. Holding the place of Miss World she enjoyed that full one year in London like a queen.
No doubt she is still the queen of many hearts. Intelligent of her and a norm to most of the top models, she also joined the film industry as her future career. Of course, modeling has no long term scope. One has to leave the place to hand over to the fresh faces. Aishwarya Rai also left the place for the new comer and continued her success journey to win the film Award.
