Aishwarya has main role in this film as Ashi. The other co stars are Boby Deol as Boby Oberoi, Shammi Kapoor as Mr. Kapoor, Anupam Kher as Kailash Nath father of Ashi, and Rohit Malhotra. The film story is totally based on fantasy in which heroine is headstrong her grandfather dear her and favored her in many matters. As a routine hindi film has regular 5 songs so are here. To impress or attract a number of audience some portion of the movie has been pictured in Switzerland. This is also a tradition of Bollywood to filmed half of the movie in Western country.
Ashi (Aishwarya) gets engaged with Rohit. She intends to visit Switzerland to get information about her would shows the broadmindedness of parents and modern touch at its extreme. In Switzerland, it is just co-incidence that Ashi meet with Bobby Oberoi and get involved in him. Both nurture a relation of love (Aur Pyaar Ho Gia). Rest of the story is just for the sake of fantasy.Dialogues are pathetic nearly seems tragic comedy. Even songs poetry has no scope to give film some sort of approval. If in any case this film is seen by the spectators is just because of the Aishwarya as there is number of fans who cares for her appearance not her film story.
After winning the Miss World title, she has had many offers of film to work in film industry. Her good looks and miss world title help her to precede her career. However, we cannot say that Aur Pyar Ho Gia is good movie to see.
