How to Use
You can use it by using with brush or direct Apply, making an out line with lip brush or pencil; there are two options that you can use easily.
Use petroleum jelly or any balm that makes your lips smooth and then draw the line on your lips, begin from the middle of your upper lips and work outward, draw fine line within the edge of the lips then fill up with lipstick direct or with brush and blend well and make sure your lip lines is filled or not, remove any excess color around your lips carefully with tissue, lip-gloss work of final touch.
